A Fond Farewell

A Fond Farewell

It is so fitting that my last client shoot before moving from NY to LA was the Edwards family. I have been photographing them since their oldest Luke was a newborn. Then I did little brother CJ’s newborn images, and then a family photoshoot about once a year since. What an honor and privilege it has been to watch their family grow.

At our last viewing/ordering session, Clarissa finished up the order and chatted over prosecco way into the evening, so long that Pat called concerned!  We could talk all day and night – thinking about it makes me a little teary to be honest.  While Los Angeles is a new exciting adventure, we haven’t been here long enough to set down the type of roots where you have literally watched a family of two become four.  And the chance to add in Grandma and Grandpa for this last shoot was just icing on the cake.  I know that someday these images of their parents and grandparents will mean the absolute world to the boys!
