STANDARD LICENSE
Purchases from this website come with a “Standard License” which is for any one artist (photographer, Etsy shop owner, painter, illustrator) to use the images generated in these templates in any BUSINESS TO CONSUMER capacity, ie as a way to market your work to your clients (the consumer.) This includes but is not limited to posting them to your website, Etsy shop, social media accounts, brochures and other printed material, to show during in person sales session or in online galleries. The standard license does NOT allow you to use the templates in any BUSINESS TO BUSINESS capacity, ie. to sell products to other photographers, artists, illustrators etc without purchasing a Commercial License and without the express written consent of Ariana Falerni.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
A commercial license must be purchased for any company or individual who is selling business to business, ie. photographer or other artist to other photographers or artists. These templates CANNOT be used in this capacity by purchasing via this website which only grants a Standard License. Commercial Licenses can ONLY be purchased by contacting Ariana Falerni. Any B2B company found to be using the Standard License will be in violation of this terms of use and will asked to take down any and all images/marketing collateral generated from these templates and a refund for the Standard License will be provided. Commercial Licenses will not automatically be granted without the express written consent of the creator Ariana Falerni as she reserves the right to deny any commercial request if it conflicts with any existing business/marketing partnerships or would create confusion for consumers in the marketplace.
NON PERMITTED USE:
In NO situation is any part of this template to be shared or sold in whole or in part with any other person or entity (unless they are partners in your same studio, see below) In generating room views for clients or for your marketing materials these should be in a FLATTENED format (i.e jpg, png). Anyone found to be using any element of these templates to sell or share illegally with others will be in violation of US Copyright laws and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
NUMBER OF COPIES:
You may download these templates to as many computers as the artist or your studio (in the case of more than one employee) use for business purposes so long as they fall under the umbrella of ONE artist or Studio. I.e if two photographers work together under one studio name, they may both use the templates so long as the images generated are for marketing that one studio or selling to that studio’s clients. If those two photographers ALSO have separate businesses, if those images are also to be used to market their individual endeavors, two copies would need to be purchased.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
These photoshop templates require that you have Adobe Photoshop installed on your computer. They are not compatible with Elements or any other software (except for the PSE specific versions.) The ProSelect Bundles require that ProSelect be installed on your computer. Please make sure you are already familiar with the basic functionality of the software you are attempting to use these templates with, we cannot be responsible for Photoshop or ProSelect training.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of these products all sales are final. No refunds will be given for software once it is downloaded. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, please contact us.
